The mast is the backbone of the drill rig. The double-out rod oil cylinder is directly connected to the mast, which can reduce maintenance costs and provide equal pulling and pushing force. The UN1000 drill rig has the ability to drill upward without any modification to the mast. The two sides of the mast are equipped with wear-resistant strips, ensuring a long service life and low maintenance costs.

The nitrogen spring holder is hydraulically opened and clamped by nitrogen. The service life of the nitrogen oil cylinder can reach up to 1 million times, greatly reducing equipment maintenance costs. The linkage between the chuck and the holder can avoid the risk of drill pipe falling caused by human error.

The power head is the core of the drill rig. The PHD drill rig adopts an extra-large bearing design to improve durability. The gearbox is fully enclosed, which can easily cope with drilling operations at various angles. The slips can be quickly replaced to meet the construction requirements of B, N and H drill pipes. The chuck is clamped by springs and released hydraulically, without the worry of easy oil leakage of capsule chucks.
